• You must be at least 13 years old or have consent from a parent/guardian to use BrainBreeze.
• You agree not to use BrainBreeze for any unlawful or harmful activities.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You may not share your account with others or impersonate another user.

4. User-Generated Content

• You retain ownership of the content you upload or create on BrainBreeze.
• By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and share it on the platform as needed to provide our services.
• You agree not to upload content that is illegal, harmful, offensive, or infringes on intellectual property rights.
• Content marked as “public” will be visible to other users and cannot be made private again. Use this feature responsibly.
• We reserve the right to remove or restrict any content that violates these Terms.

5. Courses and Educational Material

• Teachers and course creators are responsible for ensuring that their uploaded material complies with copyright and privacy laws.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of user-submitted courses or exams.

6. Token System & Payments

• Access to certain features requires BrainBreeze tokens, which can be purchased via the platform.
• Token pricing and costs for platform actions are clearly displayed before purchase or use.
• Tokens are non-refundable except as required by law.
• We use third-party payment processors; your payment information is handled securely according to their policies.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

• The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
• We are not responsible for any damages arising from your use of BrainBreeze, including loss of data or educational outcomes.
• We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
